Litmus Learning offers ATS for the ICDL e-citizen certification.e-Citizen is a computer skills certification developed by ECDL Foundation to cater for those with a limited knowledge of computers and the Internet. On completion of the programme, candidates will effectively be able to use the Internet to search for information, to access government services as well as to shop, bank, book holidays and pay bills.

e-Citizen will no longer be offered in the UK from September 2009, following a decision made by BCS the UK licencee.
